HL-2-ETS-2: Highway 17 Run

A remix of HL-2-ETS-2 by drag0ste that adds what the original was missing: actual trucking gameplay.

Press Play and Half-Life 2 opens at the Highway 17 garage with the buggy. Each stretch of the coast road is a freight job:

• Timed deliveries. Every stretch has a job (medkits, tyres, fuel, ammo, rations...) and a time limit. Get to the next stretch of Highway 17 before the clock runs out.
• Payouts. Base pay plus 1 cr for every second you have left. Late deliveries pay half.
• Wallet and deliveries HUD in the top-left corner. Your earnings carry over between sessions.
• 8 jobs along the whole Highway 17 drive (d2_coast_01 to d2_coast_10), plus freelance runs on any other stretch.

What's different from the original: the original release had design notes only and opened the plain train station. This one plays.

Notes: it runs through Half-Life 2's console (sv_cheats 1), so Steam achievements are off while you play it. No ETS2 or Valve files are shipped. Credit for the City 17 Freight idea goes to drag0ste (source).
