Clear a fight in ULTRAKILL — an Isaac pedestal drops with a real Rebirth item from your install.
You're in ULTRAKILL. Wipe an encounter and an Isaac pedestal appears where the last enemy died.
Each pedestal is a real Binding of Isaac: Rebirth collectible — sprite and name loaded from your Isaac install (335 Rebirth items). Walk onto it or press E to pick it up. Effects cover damage, tears, multishot, homing, speed, range, health, flight, Brimstone, Technology, actives (Q), familiars, luck/style, and bombs.
Solo. Needs ULTRAKILL + The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth. Isaac never launches; Melty only checks you have it and passes its folder so the mod can read graphics.a.
Nothing from Isaac is in the download.
