A standalone mashup that reimagines Deltarune characters in the brutal, weighty combat world of Blasphemous 2.

What you do

Play as Kris the Penitent, exploring a dark interconnected dungeon with weighty melee combat inspired by Blasphemous 2. Fight hooded penitents, acolytes, and lost souls with three iconic weapons:

• Ruego al Sol - Heavy flaming sword, slow but devastating
• Veredicto - War censer, medium speed, applies burn
• Mea Culpa - Penitent dagger, fast strikes, builds Guilt

Combat systems

• Guilt Meter - Taking damage and killing enemies fills your Guilt. High guilt boosts attack power but lowers defense.
• Parry - Time your parry to stun enemies and reduce guilt
• Dodge Roll - Quick invincibility frames to avoid attacks
• Weapon Switching - Swap between three weapons on the fly
• Flask Healing - Three charges, refilled at save statues

How it works

This is a standalone program that reads from your Deltarune install folder. Melty passes your Deltarune folder at launch, and the game extracts character sprites from Deltarune's data.win file. If sprite extraction fails, bundled original pixel art is used as fallback.

Controls

• A/D - Move left/right
• W - Run (hold while moving)
• Space - Jump (double jump available)
• J - Attack
• K - Parry
• L - Dodge roll
• H - Heal
• 1/2/3 - Switch weapons
