Play a Castle Crashers-style campaign inside Minecraft: cross an island kingdom, crash through six side-on stages against custom enemies, and level up your knight, all to Castle Crashers' own soundtrack.
What's in it
An island kingdom: a home castle, a river with plank bridges, and a flag at each of six stage markers that unlock in order.
A true side-scroller: you and every enemy move only left and right.
Friendly difficulty: enemies come a few at a time, and every cleared wave heals you.
Restock after every stage: arrows back to 32 and Hero Sandwiches back to 5.
Side-on stages with painted-looking scenery and a locked camera:
Grassland Castle
Dark Forest
Desert Ruins, ending in a fight with the Barbarian Warlord
Village Market, where emeralds buy gear
Nether Fortress
The End, ending in a fight with the Necro King
Custom enemies with tricks:
Raiders.
Goblin Bombers.
Bone Archers.
Brutes.
Ember Imps that set you alight.
Void Knights that warp around you.
Custom weapons with effects:
Frost Saber (slows).
Flame Cleaver (burns).
Bat Blade (heals you).
Thunder Hammer (shocks).
Royal Scepter, and more.
Bombs, healing food, and charms that work from your inventory: more emeralds, more XP, harder hits.
Original hand-drawn cartoon pixel art for every new block, item and enemy.
Castle Crashers-style progression:
Kills give XP and emeralds.
Each level-up gives a point for Strength, Magic, Defense or Agility (K).
Magic Blast (R) grows with Magic.
Castle Crashers' real music and sound effects, read from your installed copy of Castle Crashers and converted on your PC the first time you play. Nothing from Castle Crashers is in the download.
Controls in a stage
A / D: walk.
Click: attack.
Right-click: use the held item (bombs, food, bows).
R: Magic Blast.
K: stats.
