FOR HONOR's Art of Battle combat inside Conan Exiles' open world.
Lock on with Q, then flick the mouse left, right or up to guard. A FOR HONOR-style guard indicator on your enemy shows your guard (glowing white) and theirs (red cap).
Your swings follow your guard. Guard left and you swing from the left, guard right and you swing from the right, guard up and you strike overhead, with every Conan melee weapon type.
Read the incoming side. The side an enemy attack comes from fills red (orange for a heavy), an arrow closes in as the blow lands, and the enemy's weapon visibly swings from that side. Guard it to block (white flash), or throw a heavy into it just in time to parry (gold flash).
Plain callouts under the indicator: "GUARD LEFT", "HEAVY - GUARD RIGHT", "BLOCKED", "PARRY!".
Human enemies fight the same way. Exiles, Darfari, champions and bosses hold guards, read yours and hit the sides you leave open. Bosses react faster and parry more.
Exhaustion: at zero stamina you can't block heavies.
Revenge: when you're outnumbered, blocking and taking hits fills the meter. Press F to knock everyone down and block everything for 12 seconds.
Creatures, animals and spells keep Conan's normal combat.
Single-player only: this release has no multiplayer. Melty starts Conan without BattlEye, so play Singleplayer, not official or BattlEye servers.
FOR HONOR's combat rules are rebuilt for Conan; no FOR HONOR files are used or needed.
