Play Dummynation's real-time wars in Maestro's Cold War 2's world.
Start a single-player game in Dummynation and the world turns into the early Cold War, read live from your own copy of Maestro's Cold War 2:
The 1950s map. The Soviet republics are part of the USSR, the colonial empires hold Africa and Asia, and East Germany, Yugoslavia, Czechoslovakia and Indochina are back. Countries use Maestro's Cold War 2's names.
NATO vs the Warsaw Pact. The blocs come from Maestro's Cold War 2's defence treaties and work as real Dummynation alliances: members defend each other, and the two blocs are hostile.
Influence. Every country starts with Maestro's Cold War 2's relations toward the USA and the USSR. Select a country and use Economic Aid, Military Aid or Align (buttons, or keys 1, 2 and 3), paid from your treasury, to pull it into your bloc. The rival superpower courts the non-aligned world too.
DEFCON meter. Maestro's Cold War 2's DEFCON levels and descriptions sit on screen. Wars between the blocs push DEFCON down. At DEFCON 2 the blocs turn hostile, and at DEFCON 1 the superpowers go to war, so Dummynation's alliances drag the whole world in. Peace slowly calms it again.
Pick the USA or the USSR to lead a bloc, or a smaller nation to fight inside one.
Solo. You need Dummynation and Maestro's Cold War 2 installed, and Melty starts it with one click. Nothing from either game is included: everything is read from your own copies while you play.
