Raise a Longhouse, keep it fed, and it raises a clan of Viking villagers, each with their own name and look. Build a Woodcutter's Lodge, a Mine and a Barracks and they move in: woodcutters fell trees and carry the wood home, miners bring stone and ore, warriors guard your hall.
It plays like Northgard inside Valheim:
- Territory: plant Clan Banners to claim land zone by zone, flying the Wolf, Stag, Raven or Bear. Villagers only work on land you hold, and every claim costs food.
- Winter: the seasons turn with the world's days. In winter snow falls on your land, the clan eats double and burns wood for warmth. Run out and they freeze.
- Raids: every few days a war horn sounds and a warband matched to your progress marches on the Longhouse, from Greylings early on to Draugr and Fulings later.
- Ages: every boss you beat lets your clan grow by two and unlocks the next gear upgrade. Villagers dress in bronze, iron, wolf, padded, carapace and flametal armour as you upgrade them, and earn up to 5 stars.
Play solo or co-op with up to 10 friends: host with Start server and Crossplay ticked, and friends join straight in from Melty.
Controls
- Longhouse, Lodge, Mine, Barracks, Clan Banner: hammer menu → Misc (needs a workbench).
- E on a villager: move them to the next job building with room (or free them).
- E on a job building: call the nearest free villager to work there.
- Use metal on a villager: upgrade their gear (5 Bronze, Iron, Silver, Black metal, Carapace or Flametal).
- Longhouse stores: put food (and wood for winter) in; everything the clan gathers ends up there.

Buildings and villagers are made at runtime from your own copy of Valheim. Clan sigils and building icons generated for this mod with SDXL (ComfyUI, on the creator's PC).
