Blade & Sorcery's combat, magic and physics in Minecraft survival, in full VR.
You play as the Blade & Sorcery character, with B&S's own body, hands and 97 weapons, read straight from your own copy of the game.
Combat
- Real swings: how hard and where you hit decides the damage. Slash, stab, bludgeon and impale.
- Weighty weapons: heavy ones lag and swing with momentum. Hold them anywhere on the handle, one-handed or two-handed.
- Knockdowns: hit hard enough and creatures ragdoll and fly back, then get up again.
- Dismemberment and gore: cut off heads and limbs, with blood and wounds.
- Block, parry and throw: block and parry with blades or shields, bat arrows away, and throw any weapon.
Physics
- Grab creatures by any edge of their body. Light ones come up and hang from your hand, heavy ones get dragged. Throw them.
- Ragdolls: creatures you hold, knock down or kill go limp and tumble realistically. Dead bodies stay where they fall.
- Physical hands: your hands and weapons stop at walls and bodies instead of passing through.
- Loot with physics: dropped items tumble and land.
- Climbing: climb any block edge with your hands, B&S style.
Magic
- Fire: charge a fireball and throw it.
- Lightning: a stream that arcs between enemies.
- Gravity: pull things in and blast them away.
- Slow motion: focus slows the world down. Spells run on mana.
Survival
- Your gear: start with the Eraden Dagger and Sword. Other B&S weapons drop from mobs or come from the B&S Chest.
- Weapons are tools: axes chop, pickaxes mine and shields block.
- Normal Minecraft survival stays: building, crafting and everything else works as usual.
