Scratch the Ticket, inside Scritchy Scratchy. The mod reads Scratch the Ticket's real art, text, sounds and 3D gadgets live from your own install (it ships none of either game's files), and plays them with Scritchy's money, shop, luck and progression.
Nine new tickets, spread over Scritchy's catalogues
Each one unlocks with its catalogue, sits among Scritchy's own tickets, and pays back about 1.3× its price with good play (more with Scratch Luck). The info panel shows every symbol's chance and prize.
- Catalogue #1 · Sixth Sense ($500): 5 cells, each rolled on its own: poop or banana peel $0, lemon $125, cherry $250, clover $500, 7 $1,500, or a bomb.
- Catalogue #2 (Act 2+)
- Miner ($100M): a 5×4 Minesweeper. Numbers count the bombs around them and pay $20M each, diamonds pay $80M.
- Golden Pick ($2B): 6 cells, 1 bomb, gold nuggets worth 0.4× to 3.2× the price.
- Russian Roulette ($50B): 6 chambers, 1 bullet. Every empty chamber you open climbs the prize ladder, from 0.5× to 6.8×.
- Catalogue #3 (Act 3+)
- BlackJack ($100 quadrillion): open cards to get close to 21 (17 pays 0.5× … 21 pays 4.5×). A bar on the side fills with your total, like in the original.
- Lucky Slot ($5 quintillion): scratch the middle line. 3 of a symbol pay its prize (lemon 9× … seven 46×), 2 of a symbol pay a tenth of it.
- Catalogue #4 (Act 4+)
- Battleship ($10 septillion): ships of 3, 2, 1 and 1 hidden on a 5×4 grid. Each hit pays 0.5×, sinking the whole fleet +3×.
- Lucky Wheel ($1 octillion): scratch the window to see where the wheel stops: cherry 1×, bananas 2×, lemon 3×, clover 5×, diamond 10×, seven 25× (or nothing).
- Catalogue #5 (All Challenges Completed) · Whac-A-Mole ($1 duodecillion): 8 holes. Each mole pays 0.6×, watch out for the mole with a bomb.
Bombs take a bite, they don't end the ticket
A bomb (or BlackJack going over 21, or a Battleship miss after the 3 free ones) takes a penalty off the ticket's total, from 2× to 8× its price depending on the ticket, and you keep scratching. If the total ends below zero, throw the ticket in Scritchy's trash and you only lose the ticket.
No peeking: on every ticket, Scritchy's own included, a cell stays blank under the coating until you've really scratched it open.
Scratch the Ticket's gadgets
- UV-Flashlight: it rests in its holder on the desk. Press F or click it to pick it up, hold the right mouse button to light it and see the Spy's UV marks. You can't scratch while it's lit.
- Weak / Strong LED Panel: a white light panel in the Sticky Mat's spot, with its own switch and cable. Open a ticket on it and symbols show through defective coatings. Own the Sticky Mat too and the panel gets its dots and keeps tickets in place.
- UV LEDs: the panel turns UV, so on a ticket opened there every Spy mark glows.
Idle money
- Cheap, Advanced and Elite printers on the desk, with one switch wired to all of them. Every 5 / 4 / 3 minutes each prints a random ticket you've unlocked and can afford (Scritchy's own too) and charges its price. The Advanced printer's tickets pay 1.5×, the Elite's 2×. Each printer has its own Speed upgrade.
- The Spy sits next to your money with its chance of marking each cell: 5% per level, up to 100% at level 20 (expensive!).
- Scritchy's Scratch Bot scratches Scratch the Ticket cards too, and plays Battleship carefully.
Scratch the Ticket's sounds play through Scritchy's SFX volume. Your Scritchy save never stores mod data, so removing the mod leaves your game untouched.
