You are in Half Sword. Your character and your guns come from STRAFTAT.

Start a fight the usual way and you step into the arena as your own STRAFTAT character, in the suit, hat and cigarette you picked in STRAFTAT, moving on Half Sword's physics body. Around the arena stand STRAFTAT's spawner pads, each with a random weapon floating above it. Take one and the view drops into first person: STRAFTAT's crosshair, STRAFTAT's hit marker, STRAFTAT's gun sounds, and a Half Sword fighter with a sword running at you.

What's in it

• Your STRAFTAT character as the player's fighter, with your saved outfit. Half Sword's movement, controls, physics and animation are untouched.
• 46 STRAFTAT weapons on six spawner pads: 36 bullet guns (pistols, revolvers, SMGs, rifles, shotguns, snipers, the minigun) and 10 explosives (rocket launcher, other launchers, hand grenades). A pad gives a new random weapon a few seconds after you take one.
• STRAFTAT's own rules and numbers for every weapon: damage, headshots, fire rate, ammo, spread while standing, walking and sprinting, bursts, reloads, rocket speed, blast size.
• Regular Half Sword enemies. They take the hits through Half Sword's own damage, so they bleed, stagger, fall and die the Half Sword way.
• Rockets and grenades hurt you too. Just like STRAFTAT.

You need

Half Sword and STRAFTAT, both installed through Steam on this PC. STRAFTAT does not have to be running: the character, weapons, sounds and numbers are read from your own copy each time you play, and nothing from STRAFTAT is in the download. Single player.

Built and tested on the Half Sword build that Steam lists as "Half Sword Demo" (0.5) and the October 2026 STRAFTAT build; other Half Sword builds are untested. Installs the UE4SS mod loader (MIT) into Half Sword. Built with AI assistance. Not affiliated with the makers of either game.
