Fire two portals onto any Golf With Your Friends course and putt your ball through them.
How it plays
Point and shoot. An outline just above your ball shows where a portal will open. Turn and tilt the camera to move it. Q opens your first portal, E your second, F removes both.
Classic portal physics. Speed in is speed out, re-aimed out of the exit. Wall to wall, floor to wall and floor to floor all work, and a ball that drops into a floor portal picks up the small fall you'd expect.
Unlimited, any time. Move either portal whenever you like, even while your ball is rolling, to catch it mid-shot.
No free pushes. A portal can't open under a ball that is sitting still.
Play with friends. In online lobbies (up to 12 players) everyone with the mod gets their own pair in their ball colour, and any ball can go through any pair. You join each other through the game's normal lobbies and invites.
Tips when you need them. Each round opens with a one-line reminder of the keys, and a ball caught bouncing between portals for 10 seconds gets a tip that F sets it free.
Portals fit themselves to the course: they slide to find room, lie on their side on low walls and sit flush with the floor so a rolling ball can enter. The outline turns red where a portal can't open. Your pair is cleared at each new hole.
Good to know
The first start after installing takes a minute or two and needs an internet connection while the mod loader prepares the game.
Everyone who wants to see and use portals needs the mod.
Portals don't open on moving obstacles, and you can't see through them.
Online play has been tested by one player in a hosted lobby; two players with the mod together hasn't been tested yet.
