The target is a solo mashup hosted by the player's real Poppy Playtime — Chapter 1 installation. Minecraft Java Edition is a required companion: the mod must read Steve's skin, item/block definitions, and other needed content from the player's own Minecraft installation, without packaging Minecraft or Poppy Playtime assets.
The intended first minute is to explore the original Playtime Co. lobby as Steve, inspect the security route, collect the first useful items, and solve the first factory puzzle. Minecraft-style survival (health, hunger, inventory, crafting, mining, and placing blocks) is planned alongside the original Chapter 1 rooms, GrabPack puzzle, and Huggy encounter.

The Lua core tests are in tests/test_core.lua; they need Lua 5.4 or a compatible Lua runtime. The core and sheet checks pass locally. The preflight deliberately remains blocked until all host integration cells are verified. These checks exercise source rules only; they do not launch Poppy Playtime or prove in-game behavior.
This coding workspace has no mounted Windows game installation and cannot resolve/reach the Melty API, so the real Chapter 1 executable and asset layout could not be inspected, UE4SS could not be validated against the installed build, and Melty's game_info, validate_recipe, one_click_check, upload, and screenshot actions were unavailable. The unknowns are recorded in the sheets rather than guessed. Do not install or publish this scaffold as a finished mod.
