Parry ReFantazio

Play Metaphor: ReFantazio with the reactive combat of Clair Obscur: Expedition 33. Metaphor's battles stay turn-based, but now you react to every blow, the way you do in Expedition 33.

• Parry (E / RB): press right as an enemy's hit lands. The hit does no damage, Metaphor shows its own BLOCK, and the character gets MP back, the way Expedition 33 gives AP for parries. One good press answers an attack that hits the whole party.
• Dodge (Q / LB): a looser window. Metaphor shows its own MISS and the character's dodge move.
• Counter: parry every hit of an enemy's attack and you strike back.
• Perfect hits (E / RB): press as your own hit lands for 1.5x damage.
• Expedition 33's sounds and music: its parry, dodge and perfect-hit sounds and its battle themes play in Metaphor's fights, read from your own copy of Expedition 33 each time you play. Nothing from either game is included.

Solo. You need both games installed. Press Play and Melty sets everything up.
