Fortnite chests, loot, health, shields and guns inside Dark Pals: The 1st Floor.

You play Dark Pals as normal. Glowing Fortnite chests appear on the floors around you, and their glow pulses faster as you get closer. Open one with F to get real Fortnite items, read straight from your own Fortnite install with their names, descriptions, rarities and icons: Legacy Bandages, Med Kits, Small and big Shield Potions, Slurp Juice, plus Semi-Auto Pistols, Pump Shotguns and Assault Rifles from Common to Legendary, with Fortnite's own clip sizes and fire rates.

• Survive the catch. Your Fortnite health and shield soak up a Pal's catch. You're put back a few steps and the Pal is stunned. Run out of health and the catch goes through as normal: you lose your loot and start fresh at the checkpoint.
• Fight back. Fortnite guns stun the Pal in front of you, and rarer guns stun longer. A gun you already carry turns into ammo, or replaces yours if the new one is rarer.
• Fortnite HUD. Five slots with Fortnite's icons and rarity colours, health and shield bars, a pickup feed, chest markers and stun timers.

Controls: 1-5 select a slot, F opens a chest or uses/fires the selected item, G drops it.

Needs: Dark Pals: The 1st Floor (Steam) and Fortnite (Epic Games). Fortnite is only read, never launched or modified. Single player. Play in Windowed Fullscreen, the game's default, so the HUD shows.

Not included: Fortnite's sounds. Fortnite stores them in Epic's RAD Audio format, which has no freely redistributable decoder.
