LockerCraft reads the outfits, emotes and pickaxes from your own Fortnite install and brings them into Minecraft, together with Fortnite building and editing.
What you get
Locker (K) – every outfit, emote and pickaxe your Fortnite install has on disk, with Fortnite's icons and rarities. Your outfit is drawn with Fortnite's own idle, walk, run, crouch, fall and pickaxe-swing animations, and turns its head where you look.
Emote wheel (hold H) – put 6 Fortnite emotes on the wheel; the camera swings to third person like in Fortnite, and moving stops the emote. Emotes play without their music.
Your pickaxe – hold any Minecraft pickaxe and it shows as your Fortnite pickaxe, in first and third person.
Fortnite building (B, then Z / X / C / V) – walls, floors, stairs and cones snap to a Fortnite grid of 3-block tiles, with a blue preview. Hold left click to turbo-build. Wood, brick and metal (N) use Fortnite's real build textures from your install. Materials are unlimited, and pieces live alongside normal Minecraft blocks.
Editing (G) – click or drag over a piece's tiles and confirm to cut windows, doors and arches, rotate stairs (R), or reset the piece (T).
Every key is rebindable in Options → Controls → Key Binds → LockerCraft.
Play together
Press Play and your world opens to friends automatically: Melty gives them a join link. Friends who join see your outfit, emotes and builds, and you see theirs. Up to 8 players, and each player needs their own Minecraft and Fortnite.
Needs
Minecraft: Java Edition (your Microsoft account)
Fortnite installed on the same PC (it is only read, never started or changed)
Good to know
Only cosmetics that Fortnite keeps in its main install show up (about 120 outfits, 1,400+ emotes and 800+ pickaxes on a typical install). Fortnite streams the rest and the high-resolution textures, so outfits use Fortnite's built-in low-resolution textures, which suit Minecraft's look.
Emote music isn't included: Fortnite stores it in a format that can't be decoded with freely shareable tools.
Nothing from Fortnite or Minecraft is shipped. On first start the bundled FortBridge reads your Fortnite files into a cache on your PC. It fetches the community-published key and mappings for the current Fortnite build, the same way FModel does.
Built with Fabric on Minecraft 1.21.1, shipped with a portable Prism Launcher (GPL-3.0). Uses Fabric API (Apache-2.0), CUE4Parse (Apache-2.0) and ACL (MIT). LockerCraft itself is MIT-licensed.
