High On Midgard

Take on Baldur in a snowy stone ring, armed with Kenny and Gus, the talking guns from High On Life.

What you get

• Kenny: a fast pistol. His trick, Glob, fires a goo ball that throws Baldur into the air so he takes extra damage.
• Gus: a shotgun. His trick, Vortex, drags Baldur in and holds him.
• Kenny's and Gus's real 3D models, textures, voice lines and gun sounds come from your own High On Life install. They chatter during the fight and react when you get hurt.
• Baldur's combat sounds and the final boss music come from your own God of War install.
• A single boss fight. Baldur punches, slams the ground, leaps at you, charges and, once he's below half health, throws boulders.

Controls: left mouse fires, right mouse uses the trick, R reloads, and 1 or 2 switches guns. Solo.

You need Garry's Mod, plus High On Life and God of War (2018) on Steam. The first Play takes about a minute while the mod reads your two games. None of their files are shipped. If one of them is missing, the fight still runs and tells you which game to install.

Note: God of War's 3D models and levels can't be read with public tools, so Baldur's body and the arena are built from Garry's Mod's own models. His sounds and music are the real ones from your game.
