Minecraft crafting in the Sons of the Forest survival world.
A solo first-person survival slice combining the forest survival setting and enemies of Sons of the Forest with Minecraft Java 1.21.8 items, crafting, and hostile mobs.
Gather one Oak Log and three Cobblestone in the crash-site clearing. Use the camp workbench to craft a Minecraft Stone Axe with the vanilla 1.21.8 recipe. The crafting noise draws a Sons cannibal scout. Defeating it reveals a Fingers mutant deeper in the forest; Minecraft zombies and skeletons patrol after dusk.
WASD to move, mouse to look, Space to jump, Shift to sprint, E to gather or use the workbench, left-click to attack, Esc to release the mouse or close the workbench.
Requires installed Sons of the Forest and Minecraft Java 1.21.8. The standalone release reads terrain, foliage, crash debris, creature meshes and skins, recipes, item textures, and mob skins from those player-owned installs into a local cache. It does not modify the installs, and the package does not include their original game files.
