Minecraft survival, run by Satisfactory's rules. You play in Minecraft; Satisfactory's recipes, milestones, machines, icons, models, voice lines and music are read from your own installed copy of Satisfactory when the game starts.
What you do
- Planetfall. A new world starts with you riding a FICSIT drop pod down from the sky. Dismantle the pod, take out the Build Gun and place The HUB.
- Work through the HUB. Satisfactory's real onboarding steps and Tier 1 to 4 milestones, at their real costs. Deliver the parts and the next recipes and buildings unlock.
- Earn Minecraft back. Iron gear, enchanting, diamond gear, the Nether, brewing and netherite, elytra and The End are locked until you deliver the matching milestone or Space Elevator phase.
- Automate. Miner, Smelter, Constructor, Assembler, Foundry, Manufacturer, Storage Container, Splitter, Merger and conveyor belts Mk.1 to Mk.3, with Satisfactory's recipes, speeds and power use. Belts also deliver into ordinary Minecraft chests and barrels.
- Mine Minecraft for it. Hand-mined Minecraft ores also drop Satisfactory ore. Put a Miner on an ore block (or a block of raw iron, copper or gold, coal or quartz) and it extracts forever. Stone is limestone; logs and leaves are biomass.
- Keep the lights on. Biomass Burners, Coal Generators, Power Poles and Power Lines. Draw more than you generate and the fuse trips.
- Reach for orbit. Build the Space Elevator and deliver Project Assembly phases at Satisfactory's own costs. Phase 1 opens Tiers 3 and 4; Phase 2 opens The End, which is this version's ending.
Every part has its real icon, machines are drawn with Satisfactory's own models in FICSIT orange, ADA speaks at each step, machines hum with their own sounds and the soundtrack plays in the overworld.
Good to know
- Single player only in this version.
- You need Minecraft: Java Edition and Satisfactory installed on the same PC. Nothing from either game is in the download: it is all read from your copies. Tested with Satisfactory 1.2.4.
- The first start takes a few minutes: Prism Launcher opens once so you can sign in with the Microsoft account that owns Minecraft, downloads Minecraft, and then FicsitCraft reads your Satisfactory install (about a minute, in a small window of its own).
- Not in yet: fluids and pipes, oil, vehicles, trains, the MAM, the AWESOME Sink, alternate recipes and tiers past 4. Machines are one block each, scaled down from Satisfactory's size. Milestones for things that are not in yet can still be completed but only unlock what exists here.
FicsitCraft is a fan project and is not affiliated with Coffee Stain Studios or Mojang. Built with CUE4Parse, vgmstream, Prism Launcher and Fabric, with AI assistance.
