Code Yellow x Barony

On seven floors of every Barony run (3, 9, 14, 19, 22, 29 and 34) you slip out of the dungeon and into the Backrooms: endless yellow halls with fluorescent panels buzzing overhead.

What Backrooms: Code Yellow brings, read from your own copy:

• Its wallpaper, hub walls, carpet, floor and drop ceiling, tinted with Code Yellow's own material colors, plus its DANGER electrical signs.
• Its fluorescent room hum, liminal ding and creepy ambience, looping while you're on a Backrooms floor.
• Its lifeforms: Lifeform (Lifeform1 and Lifeform2) and the Screamer (Monster2) roam these floors with Code Yellow's lifeform sounds and Monster2 screams. Barony's ghouls and shadows elsewhere carry these voices too.
• Its kit as loot: Med Kits drop as extra healing, Med Syringes as healing, Anesthetic Gas as paralysis, and Research Data as gold. These are Barony items, because Barony can't add new item types.

What Barony brings: everything else, including classes, combat, hunger, shops and the rest of the dungeon.

Co-op: host or join with Barony's own Online or LAN party, up to 4 players. Everyone needs the mashup.

You need: Barony and Backrooms: Code Yellow, both installed on Steam. No files from either game are included; the first launch reads Code Yellow's textures and sounds from your install, which takes a few seconds. Barony turns off achievements for modded level lists, as it does for any level mod.

Built from 9 room templates that Barony's own level generator joins with wallpapered tunnels. The source is included (CC BY 4.0 content, GPL-3.0 code); remixes are welcome with credit.
