Two games, one war. Play your Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord campaign with Minecraft open beside it. Every field battle you fight in Calradia sends that enemy's warband to raid your Minecraft home.
What happens
Battles become raids. When a field battle you fought ends, win or lose, the enemy side's real troops are read straight from your running Bannerlord game: their names, tiers, health, armour, weapons and shields, and whether they ride or shoot.
Raid warning. A boss bar counts down 90 seconds so you can get home before they arrive.
The real warband. Raiders spawn about 28 blocks from your bed or spawn point, carrying weapons named after their actual Bannerlord gear (a Looter's Hoe, a Vlandian's Arming Sword). Their damage, armour and health scale from Bannerlord's stats. Cavalry ride armoured horses, crossbowmen and archers shoot.
Faction colours. Raiders wear their clan's colours, and the best troop carries the clan banner.
Break the banner. Cut down the glowing standard-bearer and the whole raid routs.
Or lose your home. If the banner still stands after five minutes, the raiders loot your chests and set fires around your home (only while the mobGriefing game rule is on).
Denars back in Calradia. Repel a raid and your clan earns denars in Bannerlord. Lose one and you pay, never more than 10% of your gold.
Good to know
Solo. Bannerlord singleplayer campaign, with Minecraft 1.21.1 opening alongside it.
Version 1 raids come from open field battles only (not sieges, hideouts or tournaments).
Bannerlord starts with its base modules plus Calradia Raids, so War Sails content isn't loaded while you play this mashup.
/calradia status in Minecraft shows the current raid.
No game content ships with the mashup. Everything Calradian comes from your own Bannerlord while you play.
