A remix of Blocky Smash by Sebastian Němec. The original never shipped a level, so BeamNG had nothing to load. This version builds the whole thing.
What's different
- A real Minecraft world, 384 × 384 blocks: a village of 15 houses with a watchtower, well, farms and lamp posts, surrounded by hills, a river with plank bridges, a lake, a desert with cacti, oak and birch forests and a snow-capped mountain rim.
- Drivable terrain: block steps are smoothed under the wheels, so you can drive over the hills instead of stopping at every block.
- Three vehicles in the garage: a hatchback (Covet), a heavy pickup (D-Series) and an off-road buggy. Tab switches between them.
- 37 smashable soft-body blocks: a wall of oak planks, hay bale stacks, TNT, pumpkins and melons.
- Your own Minecraft textures: the first start reads block textures from your Minecraft: Java Edition. If it can't find them, bundled pixel art is used instead of failing.
Good to know
- Single player. Needs BeamNG.drive and Minecraft: Java Edition (1.17 or newer).
- To put smashed blocks back, reload the level (or run
blockySmash.rebuild() in the BeamNG console).
- Houses and trees are solid, not destructible. Water is for looks; the river and lake are shallow fords.
- Old, broken BeamNG mods can spam errors on any map; if the game stutters, try with your other mods off.
