About

Beheaded in Pharloom — Hollow Knight: Silksong x Dead Cells

Play Silksong as the Beheaded from Dead Cells.

Hornet's crests become Dead Cells weapons (Rusty Sword, Broadsword, Twin Daggers, Spiked Boots, Tentacle, Cursed Sword, Crowbar, Giant Staff). Damage follows your needle upgrades.
Silk skills become Dead Cells skills (grenades, Tornado, Ice Armor, Phaser, Cluster Bomb, Double Crossb-o-matic).
Red tools become Dead Cells ranged weapons and gadgets: knives, bows, wolf trap, boomerang, flint, turrets, lightning rod, grenades, ice bomb, caltrops, meat grinder, blade turret, laser glaive. They keep Silksong's uses and refill with shards; damage follows the Crafting Kit.
Some blue/yellow tools become Dead Cells mutations (vampirism, Open Wounds, Initiative, Vengeance, Support, Necromancy, No Mercy).
10 NEW tools, each the reward for a boss (Moss Mother, Bell Beast, Lace, Fourth Chorus, Sister Splinter, Widow, Last Judge, Savage Beastfly, Trobbio, Karmelita).
Dead Cells sounds, death, teleport on spike respawn, Bell Beast rides skipped with a teleport.
Bosses cannot be frozen or rooted. Normal files use Silksong death rules; Steel Soul uses Dead Cells rules (death sends you back to your last save).
Descriptions follow the game language (Russian or English).

Requirements

Hollow Knight: Silksong with BepInEx 5.
Dead Cells installed (Steam). All Dead Cells sprites, sounds and text are read at runtime from your own copy (res.pak). Nothing from Dead Cells is included here. If it is not found automatically, set DeadCellsFolder in BepInEx/config/melty.silksongdeadcells.cfg.

Saves

The new tools are kept in your save and also in BepInEx/config/BeheadedInPharloom/saves (one file per save slot, any number of slots). If you take the mod out and put it back, your new tools come back.
